Description:

  1. The wastewaters generated during the marble processing (cutting and grinding operations), the average flow rates of which are ca. 15 m3/h for a plant producing 45 m2 of polished marble/h, contain a high load of particulate matter. Furthermore, crushed stone operations sometimes use flotation agents, such as organic amines, fatty acids, and pine oils, in order to remove impurities from the marble. Therefore, the marble processing wastewaters should not be disposed directly into the environment without a suitable treatment in order to prevent negative impacts and comply with the national legislations currently in force.
  2. We sell anionic polyacrylamide to Iran, customers using it working in marble processing wastewater treatment, to decrease the turbitidy and settle the sludge down, high efficiency.
  3. It is high molecular weight polymer, by the adsorption and bridging action in the flocculation process, it can accelerate the settlement of particles in suspension, have obvious to speed up the solution to clarify, promote filtering and other effects.
  4. Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolytic stability, is not sensitive to the change of pH value, anti-chlorine. No-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it cannot be placed in the sun. It is slightly acidic, when skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.

Solution Making Method:

1 Concentration: Should be standardly dissolved to 0.1-0.5% concentration before use.
2 Dissolving time: The time required according to the type of PAM, water quality, temperature and agitation. Generally required around 1 hour of agitation to completely dissolve the powder. Incomplete mixture of PAM or lumping may inhibit the performance of the PAM, temperature of water should be between 10-40℃.
3 Agitation speed: The ideal revolution of the agitator is between 200-500rpm. A high speed agitator operating without reducing the revolution of a motor is not advised, since it may cut the PAM molecules of the PAM.
4 Application and dosage: The dosage range of varies from 1-3.0 ppm depending upon the type of effluent and application. Advised to do jar tests for evaluating the functioning and approximate dosage.
5 Jar test: Put sample of effluent in a beaker and add it as designated, agitate for 1 minute at 100-120 rpm and then slowly agitate at 60rpm. Determine the flocs properly at this time and note the sedimentation and clarity of top solution.
Note: APAM solution is stable for up to one week, CPAM is 1-3 days, and Aluminium, zinc, copper, or iron should be avoided in make-up system.

 

 

 

Package and Storage:

  1. Packed in 25kgs net Kraft or PE bags with inner plastic bags palletized, or 750kgs net big bag.
  2. Stored in original packaging in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight.
