Description:

  1. Quaternary Ammonium Cationic Polymer is a type of highly efficient organic coagulant, developed in more than 10 years, with very good stability.
  2. The trade name is Polyamine, with a variety of molecular weight polymeric.
  3. It is a liquid cationic polymer, high purity, water-soluble, and high efficiency, with positively charged ions.
  4. It’s mainly applied to synthesize various kinds of high molecular water treatment compounds. Its effects are electric neutralization, adsorption, flocculation, purification, and decoloration, and is also used for sewage treatment.
  5. It has evident effects in the fields of decoloration, killing algae, and removing organics.
  6. It is especially effective with charged particles, to which inorganic flocculants are ineffective.
  7. It can be used for treating pulp waste liquid, clay slurry, and refinery wastewaters
  8. It is used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and paper mills.
  9. In sugar mills, used as high efficient decolorant for syrup decolorization.
  10. It also can be blended with inorganic polymers for water purification, such as polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH).
  11. Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolytic stable, is not sensitive to the change of pH value, anti-chlorine. Harmless, non-flammable, and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, and it cannot be placed in the sun. It is slightly acidic, when skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.

Application Methods:

Make solution as 0.5-1.0% concentration.

2 Suggested to blend with poly aluminium chloride, or aluminum chlorohydrate to get better performance.

The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the different source water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs cannot be broken.

4 It is better to dose the product continuously.
