Aquaculture Effluent Textile Printing Chemicals For Colour Removal From Wastewater

Water decoloring agent is a quaternary cationic polymer that is a specialized product for decoloring, flocculating, COD decreasing, and other applications.

Water decoloring agent is mainly used for color removal treatment for high-coloring wastewater from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat wastewater with activated, acidic, and disperse dyestuffs.

Water decoloring agent can also be used to treat wastewater from the textile industry and dye houses, pigment industry, printing ink industry, and paper industry.

Water decoloring agent also can be used in the production process of paper&pulp as a retention agent.

Water decoloring agent should be diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the wastewater directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water; The pH value of the wastewater should be adjusted to 7-10 for a better result. When the coloring and COD are relatively high, a water decoloring agent can be used with the help of poly aluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In this way, the treatment cost can be lowered.

Application Methods:

1

Make BWD-01 solution, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use.

2

Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3

3

Make a solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%.

4

Prepare the affluent, test pH value, and adjust pH value to 8-9. (It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well)

5

Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes

6

Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes

7

Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is a suggestion)

8

Sedimentation

9

Check color for treated effluent

10

Adjust the dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests to have a better testing results.
