BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a unique quaternary cationic polymer designed for de-coloring, flocculating, and decreasing COD in various applications.
This special product is specifically formulated to effectively remove color and impurities from water, improving its clarity and quality.
With its strong cationic charge, BWD-01 is able to quickly and efficiently neutralize and flocculate suspended particles, resulting in an overall decrease in COD levels.
Our high-performance product is capable of achieving strong decolorization (50%~99%) and removing COD (50%~80%). This makes it ideal for treating wastewater from diverse industries, including dyeing plants, textile mills, pigment factories, printing ink companies, and paper producers.
Our product is specifically designed to treat effluent with Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff, and other soluble or insoluble dyes. It is highly effective in de-colorizing high-coloring wastewater from dyestuff plants.
Our product is not limited to the dyeing industry - it is also widely used in the textile, pigment, printing ink, and paper industries to treat their wastewater. It can also be used as a retention agent in the paper and pulp processing stages.
Our product boasts faster sedimentation and better flocculation capabilities compared to other inorganic coagulants. It effectively removes impurities while minimizing sludge production.
Our product does not contain any harmful substances such as aluminum, chlorine, or heavy metal ions. This makes it a safe and environmentally friendly option for wastewater treatment.

In many industries, such as textiles, dyestuff, pigment, ink, paper, garbage leachate, wood processing, fiber bleaching, sugar processing, animal farming, and coking, the effluent released from production processes can contain various colors. The color of the wastewater can be a result of the dyes, pigments, and other substances used in production processes.
In order to reduce the environmental impact of these industries, effluent color removal is necessary. In the paper and pulp production process, for example, large amounts of colored wastewater are generated due to the use of dyes and chemicals during the bleaching process. Without proper treatment, this wastewater can have a negative impact on the environment.
The Water Decoloring Agent is packaged in 25kg or 50kg plastic drums or according to customer's requirements.
