Description

  1. Indonesia maket popular decoloring flocculant dicyandiamide formaldehyde type, which is a polycationic copolymer, high efficient used for sewage water and high-colority waste water from textile dyeing mills, dye-works mills and paper mills, color removal treatment.
  2. Has very high performance with the dyeing wastewater containing the hydrophilic dyes (reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes etc.),
  3. Less dosage, the color clear, high processing liquid clarification of the settlement, but also reduce the composition of COD, improve the COD removal rate.

Reaction Mechanism

  • Being a positively charged cationic flocculating agent, the flocculant neutralizes the negatively charged pollutants in the waste water to form insoluble complexes in water. 


Application Fields

  1. Color reducing and COD decreasing for wastewater from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, ink & paper making mills, color removal treatment.
  2. High efficient for treating textile wastewater with different dyes, especially the water soluble dyes as Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc..
  3. Used as retention agent in the production process, such as Kemira K97.

Application Methods

Have solution of 2-2.5%, by mixing water and dicyandiamide formaldehyde flocculant, add it directly in the sewage, stir a few minutes after sedimentation or flotation can cause the effluent decolorization obtained after the clear liquid.

2 Adjust the effluent sample pH value to 8-10, that can better improve the decolorization effect of dicyandiamide formaldehyde flocculant.

When deal with the high chroma and COD of wastewater, can use polymaluminum chloride (PAC) together(attention not mixed use). This can effectively reduce the waste water decolorization processing cost, reduce COD, how to add PAC should be according to the actual situation, it is best to make the professional and technical personnel to develop a good solution.

Add anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc, sedimentation.


Package and Storage

  1. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it can not be placed in the sun.
  2. It is packaged in plastic drums with each containing 30kg, 50kgs, 250kg, 1250kg , or others according to the requirements of clients.
  3. The product would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature. There is no negative impact on the performance after mixing up.


Application Case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment.
    In this case they use:
    50-80 ppm BWD-01/03(raw)
    15-20ppm Polyaluminum Chloride(solid)
    1 - 2 ppm Anionic polyacrylamide(solid)
 
    First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide.
    It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-8, otherwise the consumption of BWD-01 will be ~20% higher.
