Polyacrylamide PAM Coagulant Aids

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a synthetic polymer that is typically used as a coagulant aid in water and wastewater treatment procedures. Coagulant help are chemicals that are contributed to coagulants to enhance their effectiveness in getting rid of suspended particles from water.

PAM is a water-soluble polymer that has a high molecular weight and a direct structure. It has a wide variety of applications in different industries due to its capability to form gels, increase viscosity, and enhance the flow homes of fluids.

In water treatment, PAM is contributed to coagulants such as aluminum sulfate (alum) or ferric chloride to improve their ability to coagulate suspended particles in water. PAM works by bridging between the coagulated particles, which increases their size and makes them much easier to settle or filter out of the water.

PAM is particularly effective in dealing with water with low turbidity levels, which are typically found in surface area water sources such as rivers and lakes. It is also helpful in dealing with water which contains raw material, such as wastewater from commercial procedures.

Nevertheless, it is very important to note that excessive use of PAM can have unfavorable ecological impacts, as it can build up in water bodies and damage aquatic life. It is vital to use PAM in appropriate dosages and in accordance with ecological guidelines.

In summary, polyacrylamide is a flexible coagulant aid that is frequently utilized in water and wastewater treatment processes. Its ability to boost the coagulation procedure makes it an important tool for guaranteeing safe and tidy water materials.

Polyacrylamide Coagulant Aids Description:

  1. We offer Blufloc in different molecular weights and charge densities. This is a cationic polyacrylamide that works very well in sludge filters of all kinds, including biological, mixed, and paper.

  2. Different industries use it for liquid-solid separation. Sludge dewatering, raw water clarification, and wastewater clarification all make use of this technology.

  3. Among its unmatched features are exceptional floc formation, superior cleaning performance, fast settling, improved filter clarity, high filtration capacity, complete miscibility with water, and the capability to wash filter cakes. The organic-based powder we offer is suitable for the treatment of industrial wastewater, sewage, paper-making, petroleum, and metallurgy industries, and it can also be used to thicken sludge, dewater sludge, and recover water from sludge.

Application and Solution Making :

  1. The Blufloc dry CPAM flocculants should be properly dispersed and dissolved to a concentration of 0.1-0.5%. The dissolution should take about an hour, but in warm water, it will be quicker. However, the temperature should not exceed 50°C.

  2. Improved production rate, cake solids, and solids capture with belt filtering, centrifuges, and screw presses.

  3. Clarification of water - reduces suspended solids and turbidity in influent, process, and effluent water.

  4. Utilizing dissolved air flotation results in cleaner supernatants, increased floating solids, and increased productivity.

  5. Improve the quality and throughput of filtered water.

  6. Used for the treatment of domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as ethyl alcohol, paper making, Ajinomoto factory, sugaring, forage, printing, and dyeing textiles. For the treatment of municipal sewage, sludge sediment, and dewatering of wastewater from the meat, poultry, and food process.

Package and Storage:

  1. The product is packed in 25kg net Kraft or PE bags with inner plastic bags palletized, or in 750kg net big bags.

  2. Keep the product in the original packaging away from heat, flames, and direct sunlight.
