BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a highly effective and specialized product designed for the removal of color from textile dyeing wastewater, particularly for hydrophilic dyes such as reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes, and others. With its fast-acting formula and low dosage, BWD-01 is capable of quickly clearing the color and improving the settling of processing liquids, while also enhancing the removal rate of COD.

 

This new type of high-performance decolorizing flocculant is a chemical agent that is utilized for a range of applications, including the removal of color, flocculation, and CODcr reduction in wastewater generated by textile processing plants, dye industries, and other fields. Its high color removal ability is attributed to the large number of cations it provides, which neutralize the negative charges on dye molecules and promote the destabilization of flocs through hydrolysis.

 

BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a medium molecular weight polymeric coagulant and a highly efficient decoloring flocculant that is essential for industries generating colored effluents. Application Methods

1

Make solution first, with BWD-01, and mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use.

Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3

Have a solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%.

Have effluent, test pH value, and adjust pH value to 8-9. (It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well)

Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes

Add BWD-01 solution, and mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes

Add a small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have a big floc. (This step is a suggestion)
