Description:

  1. Color removal chemical is a special flocculant, mainly for wastewater color removal and COD decreasing.
  2. Specially used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other fields.
  3. By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs. Can be adsorbed dye, destabilization of the snare, from water separation, so as to achieve the purpose of bleaching.
  4. The colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process houses, in water-scarce areas, it comes as heaven-sent facilitating the recycling of industrial effluent into process water. Our color removal chemical is used to solve this problem.
  5. In papermaking, BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent also can be used as a fixing agent in paper processing, which will be a very good performance.

Application Methods:

  1. The product shall be diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the wastewater directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water.
  2. The pH value of the wastewater should be adjusted to 6-10 for a better result.
  3. When the colors and CODcr are relatively high, it can be used with the help of polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In this way, the treatment cost can be lower. Whether poly aluminum chloride is used earlier or afterward depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.

Package and Storage:

  1. Packed in 30kgs net plastic drums, 250kgs net plastic drums, and 1250kgs net IBC drums, or others according to the requirements of clients.
  2. Suggested to store at room temperature, would show slight stratification or appear white at low temperature, cannot be placed in the sun.
