Description:

  1. The trade name is Polyamine, with various molecular weight polymeric.
  2. It is a liquid cationic polymer, high purity, water-soluble, and high efficiency, with positively charged ions.
  3. It’s mainly applied to synthesize various kinds of high molecular water treating compounds. Its effects are electric neutralization, adsorption, flocculation, purification, and decoloration, and it is also used for sewage treatment.
  4. It has evident effects in the fields of decoloration, killing algae, and removing organics.
  5. It is especially effective with charged particles, to which inorganic flocculants are ineffective.
  6. It can be used for treating pulp waste liquid, clay slurry, and refinery wastewaters
  7. It is used to remove the color of wastewater generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and paper mills.
  8. In sugar mills, used as high efficient decolorant for syrup decolorization.
  9. It also can be blended with inorganic polymers for water purification, such as poly aluminum chloride (PAC) and aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH).
  10. Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolytic stable, is not sensitive to the change of pH value, anti-chlorine. Harmless, non-flammable, and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, and it cannot be placed in the sun. It is slightly acidic, when skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of water.

Application Methods:

1

Adjust pH value to neutrality with the acid.

2 Prepare 0.5-1% solution of Quaternary Ammonium Cationic Polymer .

Start agitation of the inorganic flocculant pot, feed poly( aluminum chloride) to water slowly and completely , then,we can get 5% poly( aluminum chloride) solution.

4 Start agitation of the cationic flocculant pot, feed cationic flocculant to water slowly and completely.
5 Stay and sedimentation, check the water and calculate the cost.
