Description:

Ferric sulfate is a high efficient inorganic polymer flocculant, its chemical general formula is [Fe2(OH)n(SO4)3-n/2]m. The solid is light yellow amorphous powder, the liquid is red brown viscous transparent liquid. The solid product has strong hygroscopicity. The condensation performance of this product is good. Stable chemical property, fast settlement, apply to wide pH range, can be widely used in the purification treatment of drinking water, all kinds of industrial water, industrial wastewater and city sewage.
Ferric sulfate is effective primary inorganic coagulant based on trivalent iron (Fe3+), the ferric iron content is 19-21%
It is excellent for drinking water production, wastewater treatment, phosphorus removal applications, struvite control as well as sludge conditioning.
The products are also efficient in preventing odor and corrosion by controlling the formation of hydrogen sulfide.
Can be used in discoloring, dehydrating, deodorizing, degreasing, sterilizing as well as discarding heavy metal iron, radioactive substance, and carcinogens in the water, and eliminate COD, BOD and Color.
Good effect in purifying the river water with algae, low temperature, and low turbidity, and slightly contaminated and better effect in purifying the high turbidity river water.

Application Methods:

1	Before the use, the product will be put into the dissolved pool in a certain concentration of 10%-30%, injection tap water and stir make it fully dissolved, standing for about 2 hours to a reddish brown transparent liquid, then add water diluted to the required concentration and adding coagulation. Water plant can also be prepared 2%-5% direct adding, processing of industrial waste water directly adding with 5%-10%.
2	The amount of dosing can be determined, according to the nature of raw water by production debugging or beaker experiment and the alum flowers form, water plant can use the original other medicine dose as a reference, under the same conditions, the dosage of the product is roughly same with the solid poly aluminum chloride, is the 1/3-1/4 dosage of solid aluminum sulfate. If the original is the use of liquid products, can according to the corresponding reagent concentration calculation and discretion, roughly according to weight ratio of 1:3 decide.
3	When used, pump the prepared solution into the metering tank, through the metering adding solution and coagulating with raw water.
4	In general, on the day of preparation on the day of use, preparing dosage needs the tap water, slightly sediment is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the agentia effect.
5	Keep close attention to the hydraulic conditions and formation status of alum flowers in the three stages of coagulation process, timely adjustment the use dosage of agentia to achieve the best treatment effect.

Package and Storage:

The product packed with non-toxic polyethylene plastic bags, plus a woven bag, net weight is 25 kg per bag.
This product must be stored in a dry, moisture-proof, avoid hot(<80 ℃), do not damage the packaging, the product can be stored for a long time. Different manufactures or different brand of water treatment chemicals should not be mixed use, and should not mixed and stored with other chemicals. The effective storage period is 12 months.
The solid product still can be used after be affected with damp.
