Application Methods:
1 | You'd better to prepare effluent sample in beaker first. |
2 | Test effluent PH, and adjust to 8-10, will let Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin works well. |
3 | Make solution of Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |
4 | Make solution of polyaluminium chloride(PAC), with 2-5% Al2O3 |
5 | Have solution of Polyacrylamide (Polyelectrolyte), 0.1%. |
6 | Have effluent and adjust pH value to 8-10. |
7 | Dose PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
8 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
9 | Dose 1-2ppm polyelectrolyte, mix slowly to have big floc, settling |
10 | Check color for treated effluent, and calculate the dosage. |
Application Case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. | B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are: | |
1 | Test and adjustment the pH of the effluent to 7-9 | |
2 | First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then Color Removal Chemical (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide. | |
3 | It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-9, otherwise the consumption of color removal chemical will be ~20% higher. | |
