Application Methods:
1 | You'd better to prepare effluent sample in beaker first. |
2 | Test effluent PH, and adjust to 8-10, will let Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin works well. |

Make solution of Dicyandiamide Formaldehyde Resin, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use. |

Make solution of polyaluminium chloride(PAC), with 2-5% Al2O3 |

Have solution of Polyacrylamide (Polyelectrolyte), 0.1%. |

Have effluent and adjust pH value to 8-10. |

Dose PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |

Application Case:
A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment. |
B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are: |

Test and adjustment the pH of the effluent to 7-9 |

First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then Color Removal Chemical (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide. |
