TDS BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent - Bluwat.pdf
Description:
Application Fields:
Competitive Advantage:
1 |
High performance to treat wastewater with Reactive, Acid, Disperse, Direct Dyestuff, etc. (Soluble and Insoluble dyestuffs). |
2 |
Stronger decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%). |
3 |
Used to treat wastewater from textile and dyeing industry, pigment industry, printing ink industry, and paper industry. |
4 |
Faster sedimentation, better flocculation. |
5 |
Non-pollution (no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions, etc.). |
6 |
It can be used before or after biological treatment. |
7 |
Less sludge is produced than other inorganic coagulants. |
Appearance: | Colorless viscosy liquid, |
Solid Content: | ≥50% |
PH Value (30% Solution): | 3-6 |
Viscosity(25°C,cps): | 20-250 |
Solubility: | Soluble With Water at Any Rate |
1 |
Make a solution of BWD-01, and mix with 40 times water to have a 2.5% solution for use. |
2 |
Make PAC solution, 2-5% Al2O3 |
3 |
Have a solution of Anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%. |
4 |
Have effluent, test pH value, and adjust pH value to 8-9. (It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well) |
5 |
Add PAC solution, and mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
6 |
Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
7 |
Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, and mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is a suggestion) |
8 |
Sedimentation |
9 |
Check color for treated effluent |
10 |
Adjust the dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more tests to have better testing results. |
