Operating Guide

1. Jar test to define dose range
2. Adjust pH close to 9 when feasible
3. Inject demulsifier in the mixing zone before separation
4. Remove separated oil and flocs by settling or DAF

Dose range 50 to 1000 ppm depending on crude and solids content.
