What's PAC Water Purification Agent?

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is a water treatment chemical that is commonly used as a coagulant in the purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment. It is an inorganic polymer that is typically produced by the reaction of aluminum hydroxide with hydrochloric acid or other aluminum compounds.

PAC is highly effective in removing suspended solids, turbidity, and other impurities from water, including organic matter, bacteria, and viruses. It works by destabilizing the particles in the water, causing them to clump together and form larger, more easily removable particles.

One of the advantages of PAC over other coagulants is that it produces less sludge, which reduces the amount of waste generated during the treatment process. Additionally, PAC is relatively stable and can be stored for extended periods without losing its effectiveness.

Polyaluminium Chloride PAC - 02 Water Purification Agent Product Introduction:

1. PAC-02 is light yellow, spray drying type powder, it  is a kind of inorganic polymer coagulant.
2. The Al₂O₃ content is more than 30%, bacisity is very high around 75%, good coagulation in high turbidity water.
3. Mainly through compression double, adsorption electricity neutralization, adsorption Bridges, sediment trap etc mechanism function, make edema subtle aerosols and colloidal ions off firm, gathered, flocculation, coagulation, precipitation to purify the treatment effect.

2. The product shall be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place to prevent it from rain, high temperature, and strong sunlight. The shelf life of the product is 24 months.

Polyaluminium Chloride PAC - 02 Advantages:

1. Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity, and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than organic flocculant, furthermore, the treatment cost is lowered by 20-80%.
2. It can lead to quick formation of folc (especially at low temperatures) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of the sedimentation basin.
3. The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants, which is better for improving the quality of treated water.
4. It has wide range adaptability to the waters at different temperatures (in the summer and the winter) and at different regions (in the south and the north of China).
5. It is suitable for the automatic dosing devices of alum.
6. It can adapt to a wide range of pH value (59), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.

PAC Usuage:

1. The user can allocate remedy concentration by test and determine the optimum dosage according to different to be added after they are dissolved and diluted.
2. The dilution ratio of liquid product is 5-50% and the dilution ratio of solid product is 2-20%.
3. The liquid product dosage is 3-40kg/1000 tons water and solid product dosage is 1-15kgs in 1000L water.
4. The amount of specific dosing is based on coagulation tests and experiments.
