Product Description:

Blufloc Cationic Polyacrylamide is a solid powder with water-soluble exponent. Its molecular weight and charge density can be adjusted according to the needs. It is widely accepted in sludge dewatering, water clarification, and flocculation processes. It can help to settle the dangerous and minute particles in water. Moreover, this synthetic chemical is firmly versatile; it is likely to be modified to suit a wide range of applications.

 

Features:

Polymer flocculents can help significantly reduce water content in mud cakes, from 98% to 70%. They facilitate efficient capture of solids, leading to better throughput and higher cake solids.

Applications:

Raw Water Treatment mainly includes two steps: Flocculation and Clarification. Flocculation is a process in which suspended particles are flocculated to form large particles that settle quicker. Clarification is the process that uses sedimentation or filtration to assure water quality.

Industrial waste water treatment, on the other hand, usually includes Primary Clarification, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment, Sludge Thickening and dewatering, and Dissolved Air Floatation. The primary clarification involves removing the solids. The secondary and tertiary treatments use a chemical process to remove pollution. Sludge thickening and dewatering removes the solids from the water. Lastly, the dissolved air floatation helps to separate the solids.

Sewage treatment also includes primary treatment and sludge thickening and dewatering. Primary treatment is used to remove most of the solids from the water. Sludge thickening and dewatering is then used to remove the remaining solids from the water.

Process Industries include Paper Making, Sugar Manufacturing, Mining, and Metallurgy. For Paper Making and retention, wet strengthening agents, and resident agents are used. For Sugar Manufacturing, mud settling is used. For Mining and Metallurgy, sludge thickening and water recovery are used.
